Thank you for shopping at Dripslumm. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable.”
  • Products without original tags or packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

    Include your order number and reason for return.
  1. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  2. Ship the item back to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
